Yeah Me!
Well, I thought I would have trouble sticking to the WW plan this time around. I am so used to just shoving food in my mouth that I really thought I wouldn't be able to do it. But after adding more lean protein to the mix, I wasn't quite so hungery in between meals. That made it all the more easier to stay on target. Well, I weighed myself this morning and lo and behold, I've lost 2.8 pounds! I'm really motivated to keep at this. I did discover that if I pay more attention to what I'm eating, I do better. I used to just gobble the food without even thinking about what I was eating or how it tasted. Now I eat slower, smaller bites and really savor the food. It makes a small portion seem bigger. If I can just keep this mindset, I should do okay. So YEAH ME!

Congratulations on losing weight.
I used to eat until I was so full I felt like I was going to explode.
Now I have taught myself to eat only till the hunger feeling is gone.
So hopefully this will help me slowly lose. I for for my physical on wed... so we shall see.
Congratulations! I know how difficult this struggle can be. Both my hubby and I are determined to turn over that new leaf starting tomorrow. We'll see how it goes this time!
